The South Course
South course
The South Course is the championship course at La Manga Club. It was designed by Robert Putnam and then later upgraded by Arnold Palmer. While the other course are in great shape and offer world-class quality, the South Course is the featured course on the resort for experienced golfers. The South Course is the longest from the tees and is them most difficult with hazards all along the greens. Several PGA Championships and Spanish Opens have been held on the South Course.
Although the South Course is not known for its beauty when compared to the other courses, it does have some great features and definitely provides the best test to your golf game. This course is the most preferred of the three for its championship caliber and its memorable holes with huge hazards.
